LeBron Raymone James Sr. was born on December 30 in 1984. He is an American pro basketball player. King James is widely regarded as one of the best basketball players. He's often in comparison to Michael Jordan when discussing the most well-known player. James has won four NBA championships, four NBA MVP Awards, four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James holds the record for having the top score of points in the postseason, second highest overall career score and 7th the most assists in his career. James is part of the NBA All-Stars, 18 All NBA Teams and Five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. He's played in the ten NBA Finals the third most all time including eight consecutively between the years of 2011 and 2018. In 2021, James was selected to make the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022 became the first player of NBA history to rack up at least 10,000 career points rebounds and assists. James was a student at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in his hometown in Akron Ohio and was heavily touted by the national media as a potential NBA superstar. The Cleveland Cavaliers selected him with the top pick in the NBA draft in 2003. In 2004 he was named NBA Rookie. He quickly was one of the league's best athletes, winning the NBA MVP in both the years 2009 and 2010. James failed to win an award in Cleveland and departed the city with the status of a "free agent" in the year 2010. The move was revealed in the TV special The Decision.
